For 2 full days, over 100 of our lucky distributors received 5-star treatment at the luxurious resort that overlooks a majestic ocean. Also joining in the fun were our CEO - Mr. Richard Tan, Singapore’s GM - Mr. Terence Tan and Japan’s GM - Mr. Pasquale Kobayashi.

Like a segment from right out of the show Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, our distributors sampled expensive traditional Japanese meals that were fit for royalty. These special meals were beautifully presented on special ceramic dishes and were served personally by a waitress dressed in a traditional kimono.

In a guest appearance, Kagaya’s Director of Sales delivered an inspiring speech on Success – how his hotel consistently remained at #1 for 28 consecutive years.

"Want to go for a drink later?" one asked. "I'd love to, but I have to give a talk tonight". I sighed.

I was inside the 52 seater plane to Sibu. A small plane, there is no first class or business class. It's all the same class. Usually when I hit the plane, I will fall asleep and wake up when I reach the destination. The other passengers are streaming in. The airline crew is leading them to their seats.

For a short flight, I like to be on the window seat. The aisle seat was taken by a Chinese man who was chatting on the mobile phone. I could figure out that he was speaking to his office about some business deal. He stood up to let me in while still talking on his phone. I placed my computer bag under the front seat. I wondered if this small plane provided you with some magazine or a newspaper. The man next to me is still on his phone. A female air crew stopped by and politely requested the man to stop talking. “Ok” he said as he tilts his head a little but he is still on his phone. Another female air crew passed by and tells the man to switch off his phone. Just then the man finished. The captain's voice is now on the PA system. “Toooo...” the man’s phone rang. He answered and started to talk again. I felt a little irritated now.

The first lady aircrew stopped by and requested again for the man to shut off his phone. The man turned to her "Heh, talk awhile won't die lah, plane also hasn’t fly" and is still talking. The female aircrew was taken aback. I suddenly turned to him, "What is wrong with you? This lady is doing her job." I raised my voice. I could see he was taken aback and quickly shut off his phone. The female aircrew smiled. She said "thank you" and walked away.


The plane is now flying over the Borneo jungle. I read in this morning's newspaper that a new species of cat was found in the jungle. As I looked out of the window, I could see a vast primary forest. Could the new found cat be just down there?

Then I saw a curved river. What shocked me was the color of the river. It is brown and muddy. I was expecting to see a blue or clear river not brown and muddy. ....how come it is like that? Where did the source of pollution come from? Hmmmm I took a few aerial photos from the plane. After I landed, a car took me to the hotel. Behind my hotel there is a river. I was even more shocked to see the pollution. You can see the above photos I have taken. A few boys were fishing from the muddy polluted river. I don't think they are going to find any fish.

I felt sad for the environment, and for the new found cat. With this pollution the species of new found cat may be extinct soon. Mankind needs to live on the earth. We may be the only species that kills the earth too.

This brought me to recall the time that I had a chance meeting with the famous Japanese wrestler, Inoki san, whose mission is to protect the environment. We had lunch together. If we have more people like him, we will have more people saving this earth.

When I returned to the hotel, I met the two female aircrew checking in the hotel too. "You want to go for a drink later?" one asked.

"I love to, but I have to give a talk tonight". I sighed.

No More Room In Tokyo - Full house

It is now 1 pm, I have been looking forward to sharing with the people this afternoon except that I do not know what exactly I want to share. I asked Yang Po what was advertised and she told me that the people are expecting to learn more on business strategies to grow their current business. As I crystalised my thoughts in the taxi, Yang Po and Maiko were briefing me on the profile of this afternoon's participants. It just took only 20 min from the office in Hiroo to go to Shinjuku. I turned on my computer and gave a final touch to the powerpoint. I am excited and ready.

We arrived at the Park Hyatt Hotel. I was told that this hotel become famous because this hotel was featured in the movie "Lost in Translation", starring Scarlett Johansson and Bill Murray.

Tom's sister and her team greeted us at the hotel conference room. Everyone seem to be anxious. I overheard that we have more than 300 participants and the conference room has only 200 seats. 100 people are expected to be turned away. I am not too worried because if it is like in other countries, not everyone will turn up. However in Tokyo, they are disciplined and very prompt. To accomodate 200 people, the room have to be packed with chairs and not even a single square foot of space is spared.

It is 2 pm, Maiko signaled to let the people in. Some have waited since the morning. The crowd strolled in orderly. In just a minutes, all the seats were taken but the people were still flowing in filling both the sides and then the back. No more seats. I felt a little sorry for those standing as I will be speaking for 2 hours. Then come to think of it, I will be standing for 2 hours too .. so it is ok lah.

I started by sharing Jay Abraham's 3 ways to grow your business and the lessons he taught in his US$25,000 program. I shared on Robert Kiyosaki's system and the velocity and speed of making money. Then I shared on how I used the above to create the SkyQuestcom Business. I demonstrated the PreEnroller where someone can see the potential of the business before they invest in it. I passionately believe that with this tool, you can now reach a global market in a blink of your eyes.

The event ended at about 5 pm.

I am glad to see so many familiar faces coming to talk to me, especially Muratsu Tamaki, Mimura and many others.

Cooking Your Own Food

The temperature is cool and nice tonight. It is 10.00 pm. Koichiro and I just finished finalising the Anthony Robbins "Date with Destiny" - Japan marketing and also Jay Abraham's "Mr X" book. If all goes well, Jay Abraham's "Mr X" will be available in Japanese soon. Koichiro asked if I'd like to go for dinner. I recalled that I ate at Yoshinoya about 4pm today. It is neither a proper lunch nor dinner. In Singapore, it is not unusual for us to eat at 10 pm or even midnight.

He wanted to bring me to an interesting traditional Japanese meal. In fact, I will be happy if we go eat at Curry House or Ramen. He added that he brought Veronica and Fabian the last time they were here and they loved it. If Fabian and Veronica had tried it, how can I lose out. OK, let's go. I rang Yang Po to see if she wanted to join us. As usual, she is already hungry by this time.

Koichiro brought us to a interesting Japanese restaurant in Shinjuku. This shop has been at this location for the last 100 years. As we went in, I noticed that most of the customers are young people. They all seen to be taking their own sweet time and casually enjoying themselves.

Koichiro ordered 2 dishes, one vegetable and the other seafood. They actually come in raw uncooked form. In the middle of the table is a hotplate very similar to a smaller version of the teppanyakki hot plate. When the raw food arrives, they also give you the scoop and frying pan where you are suppose to fry the raw food yourself. Koichiro demonstrated and showed off his cooking skill. He created a pancake of seafood and vegetables. We dipped our chopstick into the hotplate. The food is hot and delicious. How can Veronica and Fabian keep this delicious experience from me. We ordered an extra plate of noodle. Now it time to test Yang Po's cooking skill. We will now know what Bruce (Yang Po's husband ) must have gone through all these years. Haha, it turned out that Yang Po is a great cook. This is my first experience with Monja. Thank you Koichiro, thank you Yang Po. I have a delicious experience.

When there is good food, man will be happy. I am happy.

Creativity

Today is Sunday, 4th of March. We are now at Ueno Park. The weather is cool and nice. There are many people here. Many brought their family here for a picnic and fun. There are also side shows and stalls selling candy and other things.

This is where we like to do the last location shoot of the video. We have been taking video recordings the whole morning to create a DVD.

In this DVD, I shared how I put together Asia's largest business seminars and my close encounters with President Bill Clinton, Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki and other world Class gurus that helped me reshape my life.

The last shoot was easy. It was over in 20 minutes. Now, I can relax and enjoy the park just like everyone else here.

I saw a lady using an old box camera to take a picture of her friend. I stood by to observe her. She spend a whole 2 minutes trying to focus and adjust the light.

Today's digital camera would have done that in a second. I can feel her fun and enjoyment in the "doing". Just like the joy of a mother, who prepares a home cooked meal for her children.

Next to the Vincent Van Gogh art museum, there was this huge steel ball. It is like a mirror that reflects the surroundings.

It is interesting because the ball can reflect a much bigger area than it seemed and you literally can't hide from the globe. I was the largest steel ball I ever seen.
